# 2026.06.01 초과 로드수 요금 인하 및 서비스 약관 개정 안내

안녕하세요, 찰나(Charlla) 서비스를 이용해 주셔서 감사합니다.\
서비스 이용약관, 개인정보처리방침 및 데이터 처리 계약(DPA)이 아래와 같이 변경됩니다. \
변경 내용을 확인하시고, 문의 사항이 있으시면 고객센터로 연락해 주세요.

### 1. 약관 및 고객 대상 문서 핵심 변경 사항

#### 이용약관

| <p><strong>세무 증빙 안내 개선 (제5-2조)</strong><br>카드결제 거래의 세무 증빙 안내를 관련 법령에 따른 중립적 문구로 개선하고, 별도 세금계산서가 필요한 경우의 협의 절차를 명확히 안내합니다.</p>                                                    |

서비스 품질 향상과 고객 부담 경감을 위해 초과 로드수 과금 단가를 아래와 같이 인하합니다.
