# Subscribing to a paid plan

Subscription period

Charlla is billed as a monthly subscription. Your registered card is charged automatically on the same date every month.

## Subscription date

* After the free trial, your plan subscription continues automatically. The free trial start date becomes your payment date.
* Your subscription renews automatically on the same day of the month as your first payment date.
 * If your first payment is on March 10, your next payment date is April 10.
* If your payment date falls between the 28th and the 31st, your subscription date is fixed to the last day of each month.
 * If you start paying for the Basic plan on March 28, your next payment date is April 30.\ In this case, the subscription period runs from 3/28 to 4/29, a total of 33 days, and you are charged a prorated fee for 33 days. As an exception, you also get 33 days' worth of player loads. \ - Basic plan fee: (Basic monthly fee / 30) × 33\ - Player loads: (50,000 / 30) × 33 = 52,000 loads\ From the payment date after that, 5/31, the regular one-month subscription period (4/30 to 5/30) applies, and you are charged the regular Basic plan fee. You get 50,000 player loads.

For current plan fees, see the pricing page at <https://charlla.io>.

## Overage charges

* If you go over the loads included in your Charlla plan, your videos keep playing, but overage charges apply.
* When your loads exceed 100% and overage charges start to apply, we notify you in Charlla and by email.
* Overage charges are billed on your payment date **next month**. The overage charge and the plan subscription fee are charged separately, at different times.

## Registering a payment information email

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://support.charlla.io/en/userguide/plan/plan.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
