### Playback order

1. Click **\[+ Add]** to add videos to the widget. For a Slide widget, you can add products too.
2. Sort items by **Oldest added first** or **Newest added first**. If you reorder items yourself, the sort shows as Custom.
3. A video plays in the widget only when a product banner is connected to it. Disabled videos don't play in the widget.
4. Drag and drop items to change the playback order.
5. A preview of the widget you're editing appears here. The preview is shown at 75% of the actual widget size.

6. Select items to move them to the top or bottom, or to remove them from the playback order.

2. Enter the video description shown in the Shop Player.
3. The list of products you can connect to the widget appears here.
4. Click **\[+ Add New Product]** to register a new product. It's added to the list of available products right away.
5. Connect a product as a banner, or edit or delete its product information.

6. In the available products, click **\[+ Connect Banner]** to add the product to the connected product banners. The change appears in the Shop Player immediately.

7. In the available products, click **\[Edit]** to open the product information window. When you save your changes, they're applied automatically to the product banners of every Shop Player connected to that product.

### Add a mobile video to a Hero Banner widget (main page top banner)

<figure><img src="https://1857767629-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fo7CC5HKFh1guYnGcyftj%2Fuploads%2FpTaKCPqDg2IbPPGeD3Zq%2Fplayorder-7-en.png?alt=media" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

1. If you don't add a separate mobile video, the PC video adapts responsively to mobile screens.
2. If you add different videos for PC and mobile, **loads are counted separately for each video.**
3. Images appear the same on PC and mobile.

{% hint style="info" %}
Use a landscape video for PC and a portrait video for mobile to get a video banner that fits each screen.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://support.charlla.io/en/userguide/widget/playorder.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
