# Prueba gratuita
Charlla es un servicio de suscripción, pero puedes probarlo gratis durante el primer mes (una sola vez). Consulta cuánto dura la prueba gratuita y qué incluye.
## Duración de la prueba gratuita
La prueba gratuita dura **un mes** a partir del día en que te registras en Charlla.

Si te registras el 15 de marzo, la prueba gratuita también empieza el 15 de marzo y dura del 15 de marzo al 14 de abril.

## Plan incluido en la prueba gratuita
Tienes el **plan Standard**.
### Cargos por excedente durante la prueba gratuita

¿Qué es el cargo por excedente?
Se aplica cuando las cargas de tus vídeos en un mes superan las cargas incluidas en tu plan.

Durante la prueba gratuita no se te cobra ningún excedente, aunque agotes todas las cargas del reproductor del plan Standard. ¡Prueba Charlla todo lo que quieras antes de decidirte!
## Continuar con la suscripción
Dos semanas antes de que termine tu mes de prueba gratuita, verás una ventana emergente para registrar una tarjeta y mantener tu suscripción el mes siguiente.
**Tres formas de registrar una tarjeta y continuar con la suscripción**
1. Ve a **\[Pagos]** > **\[Elegir plan]** y selecciona un plan. Se abrirá una ventana donde puedes añadir una tarjeta para el pago automático del mes siguiente.
2. Ve a **\[Pagos]** > **\[Método de pago]** y haz clic en **\[+ Añadir tarjeta]**. Como en la opción 1, primero eliges un plan y después registras la tarjeta.
3. Durante la prueba gratuita, verás una ventana emergente al iniciar sesión 14, 7 y 1 día antes de que empiece tu suscripción. También te enviaremos un correo recordándote que registres una tarjeta.

La prueba gratuita dura un mes desde el día del registro. Si te registras el 15 de marzo, puedes usarla hasta el 14 de abril. Tu primer pago se realizará el 15 de abril.
