# Cambiar de plan
* Puedes mejorar o reducir tu plan de Charlla por tu cuenta.
> La **reducción de plan** se aplica a partir de la fecha de pago del mes siguiente. La **mejora de plan** se puede aplicar a partir del mes siguiente o al instante con la mejora inmediata de plan. Para más información, consulta \[[Mejora inmediata de plan](/es/userguide/plan/instant-upgrade.md)].
* Puedes solicitar cambios de plan tantas veces como quieras antes de tu próxima fecha de pago. El último plan que elijas se aplicará el **mes siguiente**. Mejora o reduce tu plan de Charlla libremente según el tamaño de tu negocio.
* Puedes cambiar de plan en cualquier momento. Sin embargo, para garantizar la estabilidad de los pagos, **no puedes solicitar la cancelación** desde el cierre del horario de atención al cliente **(18:00)** del día anterior a tu próxima fecha de pago hasta que se procese el pago ese mismo día.
1. Ve a \[Menú de perfil, arriba] > \[Pagos] > \[Pagos].
2. En \[Plan de suscripción], haz clic en \[Elegir plan].
3. En la pantalla de precios, haz clic en \[Elegir plan] para programar el plan que se aplicará a partir del **mes siguiente**.
4. Cuando programas un cambio de plan, aparece un banner con el cambio programado en \[Pagos] > \[Plan de suscripción].

El día de pago, entre las 09:00 y las 10:10, todos los cambios de plan (incluida la mejora inmediata) se restringen temporalmente mientras se procesa la facturación. Podrás volver a cambiar de plan cuando termine.
